| These are general guidelines on how to interact with certain parts of myself who have different needs, functions, and feelings on things. Please try to follow them as you can, though I understand it is not always clear who you may be speaking to. It's okay to treat me as a whole, and if you do so, the general rules are: Do not ask me about trauma, do kindate, be honest, ask permission before doing anything you think might be difficult for me to withstand without dissociating, and most importantly, do NOT call me a system, call my parts alters, or use any terms specific to OSDD/DID in reference to me. I have C-PTSD secondary dissociation and even if you think it's not that you will be actively harming me if you say so without explicit permission and request for feedback from me. Thank you.
